Damaged and Lost Tickets
I left my tickets in the car. It was 95 degrees and my tickets turned black. What do I do?
When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. If you need to have your tickets reprinted due to any damage, you will need to bring the tickets to the Select-a-Seat administrative office for verification. If the Select-a-Seat customer service representative can determine the order information from the ticket, the tickets will be re-printed for a fee of $5.00 per ticket. If the tickets are so badly damaged that no order information is available, the tickets cannot be re-printed.

How can I get replacement tickets?
If you purchased your tickets with a credit card for a reserved event and you can produce the credit card receipt, Select-a-Seat may be able to re-print your tickets for a fee. Each Select-a-Seat venue determines its own policy regarding re-printing tickets. The re-print fee ranges from a minimum of $5.00 up to a maximum of the full ticket price plus service fees. If you lost tickets purchased for a general admission event or you purchased tickets by cash, these tickets cannot be replaced. Stolen tickets can be re-printed only if a police report is submitted to Select-a-Seat.

Will Call is a term for tickets that are ordered too close to an event to be mailed to the customer. Instead of mailing the tickets, they are left at the Will Call window. Will Call orders can be processed up to the day of the event.

Where may I purchase my student tickets?
Boise State University students receive discounted tickets for some events that take place at the university. To purchase these tickets, Boise State students can go to either the Taco Bell Arena or the Student Union. Both are located on the Boise State campus. Other events offer discounts for high school students or elementary students. These discounts are available only if the event offers this discount at all Select-a-Seat locations. In both cases, a student ID is required as proof when purchasing discounted tickets.

Why did I not receive better seats when I bought tickets on the first day of sale?
Each venue determines which seats to sell before putting the event on sale through the Select-a-Seat outlets. Select-a-Seat is not involved in this process. In addition, many venues have preferred members who are allowed to purchase tickets before the event goes on sale through Select-a-Seat.
